Need a good Visa/MC credit card

As title says. I charge most of my stuff to my Amex Blue or my BofA debit card, but I need a Visa/MC CC in case I can't use the amex for charges.

On a side note, I got approved for an Amex Platinum, but I didn't feel like paying $300 a year for a credit card, even if it does give me free companion tickets and BJs from Czech whores.
 
Uhhh I suggest one that gives you the lowest rate and/or the best miles. movie points, cash back whatever...

Other than that, theres not an overwhelming difference.
