Need a Good uATX Mobo

I have a mid-tower case I want to fit with a solid micro-ATX board. Need 775 socket, 1333 FSB. Would like to start with either an E4500 or E6750, then upgrade later to one of the newer 45nm's. Not much if any gaming, mostly multi-tasking and some leisure video editing. Looking at Gigabyte's G33M series but what else is out there that is a solid OC'er on air cooling? Thanks in advance.

the gigabyte g33 series is pretty much as good as it gets.

you could take a look at the asus g35 board which is supposed to also be a really good board. i think its the only g35 on the market.

asus p5E VM HDMI

bios offers 800 1066 1333 strap selection, so less problems if you want to use an allendale core. Will probably have better support for 45nm. Some sites have OC in the 3.6 range.

Over $100

ASUS P5E-VM HDMI
ASUS P5K-VM
GIGABYTE GA-G33M-DS2R

Sub-$100

eVGA GeForce 7150/630i
eVGA GeForce 7100/630i

i would not recommend the nforce 7xxx ones. they aren't dual channel and in benchmarks are quite a bit slower than even a g31 board up to 10-15% in some tasks... they also apparently put out more heat.

eVGA may be of great value depending on your needs ... HDMI (7150), DVI (HDCP-compliant), IEEE 1394, both optical and coaxial S/PDIF ports in the rear panel instead of useless (?) LPT or COM port, RAID, NCQ, hot-plug. No Intel chipset mb can offer these features at only $58 (AR at ClubIT). It's a stupid idea to dismiss it because it is inferior in a couple of tasks ... just my opinion.

There is no evidence that it comsumes more power than Intel chipset:
