Title says most of it.
I need a high quality optical mouse. I will be using directly on a desk which is definitely not one single continuous color tone so it should be easy for the laser to pick up.
I need very good responsiveness and decent precision and I don't want the cursor jumping around as it might with some low quality mice.
I also plan on using it with both hands so it must be symmetrical left-to right. I do want a scroll wheel which isn't that much today.
As far as I know the Logitech MX-310 is the best in this category but I am wondering if there may be a better more reliable choice out there even without the MX-310 capabilities.
