Need a good program for netmeetings

Long story short, i have a webcam and got one for my mom for xmas and my bro in japan has his one for his mac now. Only problem is is that macs dont use Messenger, only Aol, and the screen size on aol IM sucks, unfortuanetly my brother can set his to full screen to see me but im stuck with the inch by inch screen with Aol..

Does anyoen know of a program that not only works with macs and pcs, but allows for a large screen, if not full screen image and also the ability to have to video chats at once? Assuming we would be all using the same program of course.. thanks 🙂
