OCing is best done gradually thru teh bios.

If you aren't able to get a bios for your mobo that has OCing options, then it's likely the mobo doesn't have the capabilties like AGP lock, SATA locks, etc.
 
All the latest downloads (bios, chipset drivers, etc.) should be on the ECS site.
