Need a good NIC that will run at 44Mhz on PCI slot...for my overclocked P4T-E

K.. i have an ASUS P4T-E and everything is rock solid running my 1.8@2.4 (18*133) EXCEPT my network card. I think my PCI bus is way out of spec for it. I currently a Netgear FA311 NIC. I know if i use the DIP Switches, i can use the PCI/AGP divider, but it wont provide the extra voltage i need. I also wont do the wire trick because i messed up my previous setup trying it. All i need is a good NIC!!! can anyone give me any suggestions or have personal experience...

my netgear NIC cant do jack... 38 MHz PCI and it craps out.

My cheap dlink (realtek based) NIC does 41MHz just fine.
