Need a good network bandwidth monitor

i got my computer and the family computer connected with a router.

i wanna monitor the bandwidth traffic up and down on mine and the family computer at the same time or separately.

any good recommends?
needs to be small and simple. Nothing complicated.

Just want to know speeds?

Do a Google for Statbar, it is free and has an option of monitoring up and down traffic.

Dumeter will monitor speeds and give you totals also but it is not free.

Bandwidth Monitor Pro. It does, however, have a limited trial time (something like 30 days, I think)
