Need a good mic

Mainly i need help desifering the specs of the mic.

So what is better?

Mic Inpedence: ~3 K ohm
Mic Fequesncy Responce: 100Hz - 8KHz
Mic Sensitivity: -39dBv/pa+/-5db

I'm not conserned about the sound of the speakers. Its the mic i'm focused on. I need somthing better then my 6 year old Logitech mic for my Podcasting. Tired of holing that mic to my mouth.

Sennheiser rocks! Just flew to Europe and back on Lufthansa Business Class. All seats are equipped with Sennheisers. Sweet!

Definitely the Sinnheiser. My HD 555 hasn't failed me yet!
