-guy buys drugs from e-pharmacy, claims they were never recieved, even though he signed FedEx for the package
-bank refunds purchase through credit card
-guy still hassles e-pharmacy for a refund or new items, threatening legal crap, even though his items were recieved and he got a full refund through the bank
-new employee hired, knows how to deal with the customer.. hilarity ensues

Even if you didn't receive the meds (and it's obvious you did), you would have to file a claim with FedEx. I'm sure this has already been explained to you at least a dozen times. Perhaps you didn't understand it, and would like it explained to you in AOLese.
