Need A Good Home Studio Sound Card

I am setting up a "web radio station" of sorts and need a good soundcard.
Something that allows me multiple input/outputs and will record from them. And preferably something with a break-out box for ease of use.
I have done research but have not found a lot in the consumer market price range.
The only thing that I have found is the Guillemot Maxi Studio ISIS but there are two main problems with this card:

1. It's a fairly old card and I would think there must be something newer out there.
2. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN STOCK, ANYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone have any suggestions

Do a search in General forums for "midiman" and see all the suggestions for audiophile soundcards. I've got a Soundblaster Retail with all the i/o jacks, but the software is quite obtrusive and I'm not convinced that the sound quality is really superior (for win2k, that is).
