Looking for something that's good at picking up dust when cleaning around the house; specifically something reusable. I tried some Windex cloths but it doesn't work too well when I rinse it and it just kinda moves the dust around.

Yellow oiled cloth dust cloths. And you don't rinse em, you take 'em outside and whip them till most of the dust is gone. If they get too dry, you re-oil them with a little lemon oil (endust would probably work too).

Are these made by a company or something you do on your own? I'm also interested in finding a more effective way of dusting. :)

microfiber cloths work quite well too.

Are they reusable?

Sure. Just throw them in the washer. I got a 12 pack at Costco. I use them all the time for cleaning the inside of my car (and drying the outside).
