Need a good DDR board...which one...

I'm looking to build a system in the next couple of weeks...but I haven't decided on a Mobo yet.. I've already got 256MB's of Crucial DDR so it's gotta support DDR. I'd really like to have 3 DDR slots but it's not a dealbreaker. I also want IDE RAID and some decent overclocking options.. I'm looking to put an 850 or so duron in it and want to overclock to 1000 then put in a faster chip later on. What board would you guys recommend??? Are the issues worked out on the MSI K7T266 yet??
