Need a good database program

I've been searching for quite sometime for a way to input information into a database (for a website) and have the information accessable to users via html file in sortable catogories... i.e. date, time, price, age, etc... Does anyone have or know of any scripts available that can help me handle this kind of work for a webpage.
 
Go with PHP/MySQL combo.. there are plenty of help out there for what you are trying to do.
