I am in need of a good CPU fan for my P4 2.6C. The retail one spins about 1900-2200 RPMs and I would like for something that would spin a bit more to keep it cooler. Does anyone have some suggestions on what I should get?

For absolute cooling & silence , nothing beats Zalman CNPS AlCu-7000. Make sure it can be installed in your mobo cos it is really big. Don't bother going to the all copper design(CNPS CU-7000), this won't make a difference, but also if U r getting under 60 C in load from your CPU then stick with your intel cooler

I've got a Zalman AlCu-7000 and it works beautifully. With my 3.2 OCed to 3.6 it keeps my CPU temps below 50c under full load of both Prime95 blend torture test and SuperPi running at the same time. The kicker? It's noticably quieter than the stock HSF.

I dunno how sure I'd be with it fitting along with that NB heatsink. It looks like it might be an awefully close fit.
