need a GOOD ATX case

I've had about 6 different ATX cases for my different systems in the past, and I've really not been pleased with any of them.

Some were too loud, some had too poor circulation, some were too big and heavy.

I need a good case and new PSU to go with it. I need a few suggestions from your personal experience to help me on this purchase, but I have a few requirements.

#1 it has to be as quiet as possible. This is very important to me.
#2 it has to be at least a 400W "quality" PSU.
#3 it has to be cool / good circulation and airflow.

It does not have to look great, I'm not vain :). I just want it to do its job and do it without any problems.

Money is not too important, but I'd most rather pay as little as possible for a good case and PSU (hey wouldn't we all).

Thanks for any suggestions

Sorry I didn't say, I'm willing and of course able to get a Case and PSU separately if it gets me a better combo.

My last case with the Antec Sonata, and I had quite a few bad experiences with it, so I'd rather stay away from that particular case.

If you're looking for very quiet, I'd get a Seasonic S12 PSU and an Antec SLK3000b

Antec for quality, cost and excellent cooling (although check ou the P180)
Silverstone for style, supreme quality and good cooling

Both provide enough good cooling to have a quiet setup even if overclocking

A Seasonic PSU for quality and low noise (although if the fan is from below it may not be compatible with the P180)

I've had a Xaser III, I loved it but had to sell it. It was too big and heavy for my needs though.

Antec Sonata II fits all of your needs perfectly. Buy an extra 120 mm fan to put in front, and if you want to, 92 mm and 80mm fans for the cpu duct/gpu duct.

Buy it from ewiz.com, 122 shipped.

Thats a good choice for your price.
You can get the fortron BS 500 for cheaper than the seasonic. Also an awesome PSU, just a bit louder under heavier loads. Im using the fortron as I type

Antec P180 for quietness, but heavy(steel).
Lian Li PC-60 - looked at that? Great cooling, size, lightweight (aluminum), although it might skimp out on style (boxy).

P160-$99

Wow, it was $89 a week ago, glad I jumped on it.

This case cools very well with the fans at 7v, so it is fairly quiet. I put the included fan in the front by the drives and put this in the rear where the Antec fan was supposed to mount. I recommend this case;)

The antec Sonata II might fit you, check one out. If you dont like that the p160s are very nice aswell.
