Hey guys,
I'm looking for a nice present to send that can survive being mailed/shipped. My budgets prolly around $30- 40, its for a 17 yr old girl. I was thinking a bear and some flowers but I dont think the flowers would make it...

Just toss out some [decent] suggestions!

Kate Spade Makeup bag. Don't laugh, my gf got it for her little brother's friend's batmitzvah. It was about $40 at Bloomingdales. She (gf's brother's friend) loved it.

Vermont teddy bears are like....heirlooms...I guess that's the only way to describe them. These aren't the pieces of crap you get at Rite Aid for $10....they are constructed to last forever and backed by a lifetime guarantee. Their literature states that once somebody sent back teddy bear fragments that appeared to have been through a lawnmower and the send a whole new bear. There is a high potential this will be among my girl's Xmas gifts this year. Well worth the price, although it's about double your budget.

If you order flowers on-line they don't usually stuff them in a box and mail them, they either overnite them or if you do FTD, they commission a local member florist to construct and deliver the arrangements.

I've found that you can ship most anything safely given some bubble-wrap and styrofoam peanuts as long as it's not perishable. I was always big on getting a little bear and some silver jewelry and have the bear wearing the jewelry, pack him in the box and send him away....

And allow me to be the first:
PICS???
