Need a gaming mouse for $40-50

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I can get the Cyborg R.A.T. 3 for $43 on amazon right now. Anything comparable in that price range? I will be playing mostly Starcraft 2 and SWTOR. Maybe a little Battlefield 3.

You can sometimes find a G500 for $50 on sale which is what I recommend. I absolutely love that mouse. The G400 is also a solid option as is the DeathAdder

Razer makes unreliable and non-durable mice for the most part, so for that I tend to not recommend them. IMO, they also look fugly.

With that being said, I recommend like you said the G500 if you can find it for sale. I paid $55 for mine and don't regret it one bit. It's comfortable, has all the buttons needed for most games and none you don't plus you get good software to program them, it's durable, and it doesn't draw attention to itself.

About the only things I don't like is the cord; it's very stiff. Apart from that, very solid.

Any opinion on the G300, G400, or the Corsair Vengeance M90? Yeah, the Corsair is more expensive, but I've read mixed things about the software.
