This is what I want:
A freeware/shareware program that controls internet usage by making users type in a number that they pre pay for. This log in number could come in different amounts of time (30, 60, 90 mins) and could be used again and again until the amount of time they paid for expires or the log in number expires (after a week or two). I know there is programs out there that can do this (when I was in London, all the Internet Cafes used this type of program) but I am sure they cost a fair amount. I work for a recreation center and I know that if they are too cheap to buy new basketballs they will not pay for this type of program. Anyway, if someone knows of software that can do this please post it up here. Thanks a lot for any help
