Need a font identified

Probably a long shot but any graphics gurus in here that could either identify the font used for the "portland pinbrawl" letters or draw up a quick 2 word font (I'll provide you the words)? Or even something similar that I could tweak to make look like these letters?

I dont necessarily need the 3D because I think I can Photoshop that in, but my skills aren't good enough to freehand draw the words in it.

What is portrayed by your font is what used to be seen in marquee lights. This is about as close as I could find:

Thanks, that gets me closer. I found a couple that might just work for what I'm trying to do. I had been doing Carnival, Circus, things of that nature. Marquee never occurred to me.
