Need a favor from someone that can receive Credit Card Paypal

This is complicated but I will do my best to explain. I need to order something TODAY in order to have it in time for a gift, problem is I do not have my wallet with me. I do know my paypal debit card number though but my paypal balance is zero. I need to send someone a small (15.00) payment from my paypal using the Credit Card I have it linked to then have that person send my payment back to me to put that money back in my paypal balance so I can then use my Paypal debit card to place the order. The merchant I am dealing with only takes Visa/MC and not paypal. My heat is below. TIA
