Need a fast, overclockable board for a 3GHz Northwood

Hi, Newegg has a refurb oem (i.e. board only) P4P800 for $56 shipped which when adding in the I/O shield would probably bump up the price to mid-$60s or I might be able to get a used AI7/IS7 off eBay for $70 shipped. Are there any other inexpensive boards that support that overclock well? I'm really only interested in SATA raid as an addition to the board - sound, lan & firewire aren't needed... Thanks!

Hardocp tested the msi pt880 neo LSR with a 2.4a prescott, and it overclocked very well. It's only about $62 at newegg.
