need a DVI adapter

I've got a weird situation, my friend was at the thrift shop the other day and came across a 15 inch LCD, an IBM 9513-DW0(O) for 20 bones. He calls me up I look up some stuff on it and find this so it's not too bad so he buys it. Then he called back, said there was a Pentium 2 there too, and wanted to know if I wanted it. I said sure what the heck.

Anyways the LCD as it turns out has a VESA Plug and Display Video Port (P&D-D) Digital connection, and the computer he bought, happens to have the matrox card that it connects to. This doesn?t help much since he wants to use the LCD with the mac he?s getting.

What I?m looking for is
1. A adapter from the LCD to regular old DVI or if such a thing exists.
2. If there's an adapter from the Matrox card to regular CRT.

Thanks!
