Need a driver file for Windows 7 HTPC

I need to get my ATI Radeon All in Wonder 9600 working with Windows 7. Looking for a file that might work, it is called either ati_lh_rc0_32.exe or ati_lh_rc0_32.exe.

None of the links on Google work. I was wondering if anyone had it or knows of an alternate way to get the TV tuner in the ATI AIW working under Windows 7.
