Need a digital camcorder recommendation

Looking for a digital camcorder in the ~$400 range.
I have seen the Panasonic PV-DV52 for about $400. I am mainly concerned with the cost of media, and the ability to move the files to a PC. Also, long term reliability is important.

Suggestions?

With all of the digital camera fanatics on here I can't believe that no one knows about digital camcorders.... hmmmm
