How safe is my personal info?? I see no "Privacy Act Statement" or "usage of personal info" legal mumbojumbo anywhere on that site. (unless I missed it)

How do I know that this isn't hosted by some college kid with megabandwith?

Now I'm nervous. :Q

AFAIK RippleHost is no frills, little or no tech support division of Alan's very successful web hosting company SplashHost.com, go to the WebHostingTalk.com forums and search for SplashHost to see his reputation.

Or you could just register the domain without hosting, NameCheap does offer free e-mail forwarding.

Heh, I get it: "splashost" then little "ripplehost." Cute! :) Thanks, Ross. :)

MichaelD - Register a domain yet?

If you register one today, I might be able to get you free hosting for a year.

Hi Ross, I'm going to do it tonight. I tried to reply to your PM yesterday, but I guess it got lost in cyberspace. :(

Thanks!
