Need a decent Intel mobo

I have two sticks of DDR 433 ram on my rig right now but I am only able to run one of them since I think that my mobo's chipset, which is the i845g, does not support two sticks of ddr 400. So I need a decent motherboard for around $70 that can overclock well and run two sticks of DDR 400 (preferably dual channel)
My current system specs
p4 1.8a socket 478 fsb 400
msi 845g max
2 sticks of ddr 433 ram
etc
