Need a decent 939 Motherboard

Can't afford Conroe right now, but my Soltek mobo finally seems to have died.

I'm going to be using a ATI AIWx1900 in it, so SLI or Crossfire doesn't factor in. Not sure if I will be overclocking either.

Other parts going into it will be a 2 gig of corsair memory, WD 74gb raptor, and Audigy X-fi platnium.

I'm not looking to spend a mint, maybe about $100 or so, but I don't want crap or instablity. I'm sick of crashing computers!

the asus a8n-e is a fine board or the biostar 6150 or 6100 board that are simular to the msi board that is out of stock.i use the asus a8n-e and its a great motherboard with corsair ram.o/clocks well too and its like 85.00 on newegg.

I also use the Asus A8N-E and the only problem was that overclocking this one will cause the NB to heat up, but you can replace the heatsink when or if you start to overclock.
