What is the cheapest mobo I can buy that will work with my E6400 and do crossfire with (2) X1900 cards...i dont really care about ocing, but if it can handle a mild OC I will take it...

I have 1 CF edition X1900Xt and I would like to get another one.

Going to be a gaming rig 4 my son, and we he isn't using it I will be running 2 F@H gpu clients...Should at stock levels produce 1500ppd....

Get the cheapest P965 motherboard with 2 PCI-e slots. I believe ATI introduced a driver that allowed 965 Crossfire. However, while the slots may physically be x16, one will run at x16 and the other at x4...you will probably see some performance degradation but probably not much.

I have sometime...How long until the RD600 boards? The DFI board is not bad.....

Would the i650 chipset work for it? I think the have an Asus mobo for like 150 at newegg...
