need a "corporate" sounding and short notification message

i have to put a short one sentence notice in an applet that the info provided might be sent back to our corporate office and saved. this is what i have. any suggestions to make it sound more official or make is a little shorter?
do i have any grammatical errors?

This information may be transmitted to <Corporate> for use in Remote Management of this computer.
