Need a color printer with fax compatability.

Looking for a good package for a color printer able to print decent quality picture images and also able to fax. I am not sure if this falls in the all-in-one department or not, heck I don't even currently own a printer but I have recently got my hands on a digital camera so I guess it would be wise to get the color printer as well. All personal experiences, comments and opinions are well. The fax component will be just for basic business faxing. Thanks in advance for your input!

I literally just bought the Canon MP370 and just finished setting it up so I can't comment on all of the functions yet. The text print quality is very good along with the copy text. I've scanned just plain text in and that's also very good - haven't tried documents with letterheads, signatures yet.

It also has a stand-alone fax which is a nice feature - no need to go through the computer. I've faxed out but haven't set up receiving faxes - it's on my voice phone line and I have to configure it with an answering machine on the line.

It got the "best buy" award in PC World - can't give you the link because the site is down right now for maintenance. When it's back up, you might want to read the review and see if you think it'll meet your needs. I use it for business purposes, also.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Canon all-in-ones either. Separate ink tanks for each color helps keep costs down. Cheap and widely available 3rd party ink tanks. Check out the tylermartin1 store on ebay for their new USA made Five Star ink tanks - their eBay store sells much cheaper than their web site?!?
