Need a cheapo video card suggestion

Brother needs to upgrade his fx5500 card. Upgrading his whole computer is out of the question, so don't suggest it. I just need the best of these 3 cards, all around $40 or an alternative card within $10

x1600 is better, and i see it's about the same price as the 7600 on ebay.

Actually, it depends on what he plays. They seem to trade blows with x1600 better in most scenarios but sometimes, the 7600 is way ahead for some reason.
7600 seems to pull ahead in newer games so I change my opinion. If you could find a 2600 or 3650 for around that price, it'd be way faster.

7600 GS sounds fine for an old AGP rig, but I believe the minimum power supply requirement is 350W. May want to make sure he's O.K. there. Should run WoW O.K.. The 2000 and 3000 series ATI cards can be quite problematic as far as driver installation goes.

Don't know how brave you are - box looks pretty shopworn, but the guy says its new. Has 100% positive feedback on a lot of transactions. Stronger than anything you listed.
