Need a cheap used Windows XP machine.

I am looking for a used Windows XP machine without a monitor. I need a legit XP on the machine. Something less than 200.00.
I don't want to do Ebay or other auction.
Anyone know a legit online retailer that has a machine like this?

Some of them have XP.
