Yes, all the boards listed will do 240MHz with no problems. The MSI K8T Neo2-FIR adds Firewire and a Promise RAID controller (SATA/IDE). To most people that's unnecessary stuff, the K8T Neo2-F should suit you fine.

If you really want cheap, the ASRock K8 Combo-Z is working at 250MHz for a lot of people.

thx man, most stores here dont sell asrock boards, so i think the neo2-f is cheapest one i can get

btw, how high can I get the HTT to go on most of those boards?? and wut kind of ram(cheap) can i get running at 1:1, 1T at 240

ocz performance DDR466 is kinda over priced here, but can i get away using some cheaper stuff??
I can only get a decent selection of ocz here, and some kingston and corsair value crap

here r some viable choices: all 2x512
(again all cdn dollars)
ocz el platinum rev 1 ddr400 $309
ocz premier ddr400 $249
ocz performance ddr466 $379 x_x
kingston (value i guess) $208
corsair value select $215

kingmax ddr466 (1x512) $105!!! anyone heard of these guys???

You can use value PC3200 ram and keep it at 200MHz when overclocking to 240MHz, there's no performance penalty in that. You will gain a little if you get RAM that can run at 240MHz (DDR480), but for the money it's not really worth it.
