Need a cheap pci card with svideo out (or just video out)

Turning an old dell into a streaming client in my new house. The AGP slot appears to not work, so looks like I need to go PCI. Could go with the ATI 7000, but that almost seems like too much. All I need is something to display movies onto my tv through svideo or composite, and that's it, no gaming or anything. Any suggestions for something cheaper than a 7000?
