Need a cheap PCI card w. TV-Out

Sometime in the future, when I order a new rig, the old one (posting from it now) is going to be converted to a MP3 player.
I am planning on hooking it up to my HiFi and TV so I need a cheap PCI card with TV-Out.
It has to be PCI because it has the i810E-DC100 chipset (no AGP) and I like TV-Out because I am going to use the TV as monitor for it.
640 x 480 is good enough.

So what's the best choice? AN old GF2MX, ATi of some kind or Matrox. I don't know much about older cards w TV-Out so I could use your help on this one.

I forgot to give specs of this rig.

Celeron 500MHz
192Mb RAM
Windows 2000
60Gb HD
Currently using a GF2MX PCI, no TV-Out

Radeon 7000, 7200, or 7500. The middle one does not have dual monitor support. Cost aboot $30-50 new but you may want to check eBay. The first two were also called Radeon256 and Radeon VE, respectively. There have been a bunch of models with various SDR, DDR and TVO options.

Exactly what I was about to recommend - Radeon 7000 PCI.

Just get the latest Catalysts and you'll be fine with the PowerColor.

TVO quality is the best. Although the description for that card at newegg says S-Video, the piccy shows only composite out. Usually they use to come with either S-Video and composite (where there is no DVI) or else a 7-pin S-Video with a composite adapter, or none. Maybe you do not need S-Video, but I would look at other models.

I like the ATI Radeon cards as well. I'd just pick any one that's in your price range and has TV-Out.
