give ur our dignity. we want a cheap digital camera, but not a crappy one!

no offense this would have been hot 6 months ago. now that you can grab a 3MP with optical zoom easily under $200, and a 2MP from better brands around $150, i don't see why would anyone buy such an outdated and lacking camera

When I buy a digital camer it will be for less than $50. I rarely take pictures. Thanks for posting this.

Outdated and lacking, yes, but this is the cheapest "real" digicam I've been able to find. At $50 (when I got it), it was just perfect for taking pics for physics labs.

Anything cheaper will most likely be missing at least some of these features: ability to add memory cards, lack of internal flash memory (using sdram instead), the flash bulb, LCD.

Personal review: yes, the photos can sometimes be a bit grainy, and yes, the LCD's small, and yes, the flash can make stuff overly white if you take the picture too close to the object, but it's a decent camera for the $. The video mode, while of inferior quality, is actually kinda fun, and you can fit like 2:30 in 16MB.

dood, get over yourself....you can always make a better case for a camera that costs $100 more.....

Thank a'lot "badluck" Got a couple on order. This is a perfect gift for someone who's not a camera buff, but would like sending pix by email and some snapshots.
