Need a casual game for the school year...

I've been looking for a game to play for the last few weeks of summer and into the school year when I have a bit of relax time. I have UT2004 but it's just way too intense for me. My first two choices were Battlefield 1942 Anthology or City of Heroes... anyone else have any suggestions? I need something I can "pick up and put down" easily.
 
Red Orchestra mod for UT2004. It's a lot less intense, it's a semi realistic WW2 game. Slower paced than Wolfenstein: ET and CoD.
Not played BF1942, but I'd guess it's slower paced than that too.

It's a free download, and if you don't like it you can always try another game 😉

Then stay away from all MMORPG's like COH or Horizons. I went through Asheron's Call withdrawal when I finally decided to stop playing that game. 😀

Call of Duty is another good FPS game, that's generally slower than UT2K4. The Red Orchestra mod is another good one, but I've not played it much.
 
Casual game for the school year? Pick up World of Warcraft when it comes out.

Yeah... that's perfect for school... perfect for making you fail. 😀
