I am getting the following:
AMD Barton 2500+
GeForce4 ti 3200 (or something around the same)
KRETON 2x256MB DDR PC-3200
Shuttle nForce2 Ultra 400

I need a case with powersupply that will have no problems with the setup and has front USB ports. I'd like to spend around $60 after shipping if possible. I'd also prefer to shop from newegg but that isn't required.

Thanks for the help!

How about you spend a little bit more and get something like this? Can't beat Antec quality in my book. I bought an Antec SLK3700BQE and love it. Before that I had the ever-loved Enlight 7237 and the Antec is much much nicer.

Well it looks kinda weird and it's a bit more expensive than I was thinking...but hell, I might as well do it right the first time. Are there any other recomendations I can compare it to?

Yes, spend a little more and go for the Antec slk3700-bqe, I just got mine today and man is it mouse fart quiet. It's basically the same as the Antec Sonata without the corny chrome thingy on the front and a better front fan mounting system. The sideways mounted hard drive bays are great (case doesn't feel cramped like my old dragon clone).

Yikes, we're talking $100 now.

To be honest, the case looks a little silly...anything else out there that's black (or not white) and is good?

according to newegg, the case you suggested(Antec slk3700-bqe) is $77 + $18 shipping + tax.....that's more than $100

That Enermax looks pretty good to me as far as cost goes. I noticed on the inside that there aren't any trays for the HD's...how are the supposed to stay in, screws? How could I take them out easily then?

oh, it looks like the hd's might be able to rest in the slots without screws actually...does anyone know for sure?

Mid tower is best. Thanks for the links. Anyone have any other ideas before I pick one?

I just got the silver 3700 from newegg and am a bit annoyed. One of the catches on the side panel doesn't click closed right, it keeps popping open cuz the plastic catch isn't secure enough. Otherwise its a great case though. I love the free hard drive cooling you get with the front-mounted 120mm and the paint job is real nice.

I just bought the Antec SLK3700AMB today from http://www.excaliberpc.com today. They're well rated, and they're a few dollars less expensive than Newegg. In fact, I bought the case, motherboard, rounded drive cables, and an SLK-900A heatsink from them, and the shipping came to about $15 total when I downgraded to UPS Ground.

The reason I mention it is that if you're trying to save a few dollars here and there and still deal with a well rated shop, you might try them out. That SLK2600AMB is $50 through them with $15 FedEx 3-day shipping. If you downgrade to UPS Ground, it's a few dollars less.

Save just $6 if you don't use Newegg... it seems like you're trying to maintain a budget.

(PS-I've nothing against Newegg. I ordered the processor from them (best price, free shipping)).

I got a Lian Li PC 75b for Christmas. It's light, has superior themal properties (compared to a steel case), assembles and disassembles easliy AND all of the case hardware is replaceable. I mention this because it replaced an Antec mid-tower with a busted power switch. I noticed that the Antec case can't be fixed.
