need a card to output MLB TV to the TV

Title says the gist of it.

I normally get MLB Extra Innings from my digital cable from Comcast, so I can watch my team play even though I live 500+ miles from their home field.

I'm moving in 6 weeks, and the cable company at the new place apparently sucks. I can get high speed internet and movies on demand like I'm used to, but they don't do the MLB pay per view.

So now I'm scrambling for alternatives, main options I've found thus far:
1- Directv for on demand movies and MLB EI. Internet would be done either by adding DSL or by Directv's overpriced crap satellite.
2- Dishnetworks. Basically same as above
3- High speed internet through the schmucks, buy the streaming video feed from MLB.com, and output to a TV.

I currently have all the parts to build a second box except a mobo (which I had planned to get with onboard video). I had planned to make a bot box for the second account I play on an MMORPG.

Now, I'm thinking I should get a card that can output to a TV, get a solid mobo, and have my bot box handle the live baseball streaming feed.

Anyone got strong recommendations? This sort of thing is totally foreign to how I normally use my comp.

I'd get DirecTV personnally, but any semi-modern video card should be have TV-out. You may need an S-Video to composite adaptor, but there shouldn't be a problem. Every video card I've had from my Radeon 7200 has had TV-out.

I'm not averse to getting Directv, it's one of the options I'm weighing. But if I do go Directv I'll have to also get DSL for broadband internet or use Directv's very sketchy satellite broadband. I'm used to cable modems, guess I can get used to DSL, hope the headaches associated with it have decreased.

I figured Radeon solutions would be likely, with their AIW line and such. I've been an nVidia guy since my original GeForce, I like the unified drivers.

Might have to dip a toe into Radeon finally.

If you have an ATI aversion, there's plenty of Nvidia options with TV-out as well. Both of the Nvidia cards I've got have TV-out (Visiontek Ti4600, BFG FX5900). Just look for whatever card you'll need for your MMORPG and make sure it has TV-out.

EDIT: There may be some nForce2 motherboards with TV-out as well.
