Need a Card that will do Dual CRTs for under 80 bucks

I don't see the DVI>VGA adaptor in the package photos, but with the appropriate adaptor on the DVI port...it will do dual CRT monitors.

Exactly that's how it's being done. Cheapo Radeon (even 7000 or 7500 is dual head capable) plus a DVI-VGA dongle. Note that these dongles do not do anything, they just make the analog part of DVI-I available on a legacy VGA plug. I haven't seen any signal quality issue with doing that, neither on the adapters included with various cards, nor with separately bought ones for cards that don't have one in the box.

I'm using a PowerColor R7500LE (model RV2LE) with two CRTs at home.
