Need a card that can do multi monitor, without the physical size and power draw?

Basically as title, I need a card that will do multi monitor, but without it being a multi slot behemoth that requires the power company to fire a secondary generating station each time the computer is turned on. Basically it needs to be able to fit in a clone HP machine that is pretty small and probably has a crappy 200w power supply with barely any spare connectors. I need to actually open it up some time to check but I do see it has 3 spare slots, on what I presume is a riser card.

Is there any options these days for such a video card or do I need to look on the used market for an older card? It would also have to work on windows 10 (yeah I know, not my call). All the cards now are huge and use up a lot of power, so I'm hoping there may be an option I'm overlooking.

Looking at HD res, ports don't matter too much, probably end up using adaptors anyway unless it happens to have exactly what I need. Something like two DVI would work nicely. VGA would work too, as projector will take either VGA or DVI. Same with the monitor. If it's HDMI or DP I'd have to use an adapter but not a huge deal.

It's surprisingly normal profile, actually. It's not one of those slim PC cases but still smaller than a case you'd buy to build a PC, so it does use full slots.

That ASUS one looks like it may work, actually, it does not appear to require any extra power connector either. I will have to open up the PC and check what kind of slot I have available, probably should have done that before even asking because if there's nothing then I probably don't have much options. :p Could do USB video, but that's kinda flaky.
