I need a calendar that I can add mass events. example, I have a regular event that I do every other weekend. Son on average the event goes twice a month. I want to know for example, what days in June of 2006 my events will fall onto.

So I would like an app that would make this task easy. Easy to add days and easy to find out dates.

Thanks

You can use Yahoo calendar. Another good thing about Yahoo calendar is you can have it mail you the events... since i don't check my calendar much, i actually have it email my cellphone, so i get a text msg about what i have to do. I carry a PDA wherever i go, but even then, i still have Yahoo msg me, because i don't always have my PDA opened or can hear the reminder on it.

My girlfriend and I use hotmail calender to keep our schedules in order. She uses Yahoo! Calender at her office. I like hotmail as it is integrated into hotmail and I pay for extra hotmail so that is my primary e-mail. What I dont like about it is it goes down a lot like how hotmail does. Not as frequent but it can happen. It can also e-mail you reminders.

Both calender programs allow you to share with other people. this is nice as I can give others access to my calender and they dont have to bother me with "where will you be 3 weeks from next tuesday?" Yahoo! has the edge on that as you can also allow others to edit your calender and add in stuff. Hotmail does not allow this.

MSN has a new Outlook Live. This is nice as you dont have to pay for outlook anymore, it is on your computer and online, and it sync's the two. I will upgrade to this when they addin some sort of file sync capability.

I was just searching for the online calendar myself last week, and I narrowed down my selection to Yahoo! Calendar and SmartCal
Both are free and their functions are equivalent. But I like SmartCal a bit better because it can be published online, share w/ friends, let other edit the calendar, multiple calendar in the same account...etc Check it out yourself and I think you will like it.
