although this is really "neat".....is this really the best appropriations of tax dollars?......really?......making baby butt cream glow in the dark?

Always remember, at one point in time, studying the behavior of subatomic particles such as electrons was a "waste" of resources.

Good thing we figured out that magnets moving past a wire can induce current flow.

I think at this temperature most diapers would vanish so it's time to produce some better fireproof diapers. ;)
