Need a bizarre gift for someone getting an ovarian tumor removed

My friend's wife is having a big-assed tumor taken off her ovary and I want to get her something.
We all share a dark, depraved, absurdist humor and I'm certain she'd appreciate something like a plush ovary or "I lost most of a reproductive organ and all I got was this lousy t-shirt" shirt.

Know of anything?

This is not a parody.

The tumor is non-cancerous and the surgery is routine. I understand and appreciate the other gentlemen's concern, and am in no way insulting his very real and respectable feelings.

I really do have a friend who will be undergoing a similar surgery and she really would appreciate something dark and absurd.

It's getting to be kind of a hassle around here, to even get people to believe what you're writing is not parody... I find that a tad disconcerting.

I understand if people don't appreciate the humor, that's fine, for them. I and my friends do and I'm certain there are others here who do as well, it's to them this post is directed.

What is with you guys? I know for a fact if I were to lose a testicle I would be called 1nut by most of my friends. I would get VM's with nothing but 'Creep' by STP playing. AND - I would think it hilarious. I live for a laugh and can think of no better way to get through a tough time. Lighten up people.

id hate to see what you guys do at funerals...do you take pics of the deceased with a birthaday hat on or maybe you use markers and write all over them like those guys that fall asleep drunk
