Need a BIOS flasher utility

I have a Gigabyte P45 motherboard that's throwing a bad BIOS POST code. Unfortunately, the only problem is right now I don't have a display either. I will need to flash the chip manually. Can anyone help with a BIOS flash utility?

Get it from Gigabyte. Others may trash the BIOS completely.
