Need a basic card

My Sapphire Radeon X1650PRO (512MB DDR2, PCI-E, Dual DVI, VIVO ) is dead, and I need a replacement. Any suggestions? No gaming. Just needs to work in Windows 7.

Fanless would be preferable.

you really cant find a basic non gaming card on your own? just get the cheapest low end modern card you find if you have no specific requirements.
