Need a 939 mobo to fit this

I haven't built a comp in a while and the fam needs one. Not really any gaming or anything, but a good bit of photo viewing and editing. So I think i picked the right monitor.

I just need a decent, stable motherboard for this stuff. No overclocking or anything. I couldn't find the EPOX EP-9NPA+Ultra that i use on newegg anymore.

i would go with a cheaper processor, an antec case (there was a deal on the sonata II which comes with a psu for like 50 bucks shipped somewhere), and a slightly bigger hard drive. might as well upgrade to a dvd burner...it's only 10 bucks more.

I use the asrock dual sata II, which is available at extreme pcgear for $68 plus shipping. I like this board so much that I bought 2 (open box) from newegg when they still carried it.

I'd go(if a budget build) w/ an am2 build as ddr2 is on the rise(price) but there are some still really nice deals involving mail-in rebates ..check HotDeals forum :)
