Need a 750w power supply after upgrade?

Going to upgrade my system to Pentium® Dual-Core Processor E5200 with Asrock 4CoreDual-SATA2 R2.0, 2 gb ddr2-667, ati radeon x1650 pro 512 mb, 300 g hd. I currently have a 450w power supply.

Do I need to buy upgrade my power supply to 750w?

Definitely not, that gear would run fine on a decent 300w

750w? Are you mad? If you overclock that E5200 to 4GHz, and get a 4890, you still wouldn't be able to stress a good 500W PSU.
