Need a 6 pack quick!

Im going to some exotic beach, not sure which one, in july or something, and i need to give the ladies somethin to look at. Im not chunky or anything, so im hopin it wont be THAT hard. Gimme some suggestions. Plus, this might sound a lil funny, but i got some big nipples. They poof out a lil. How can i get these suckas flat? Suggestions on both appriciated.

But what do you mean by quick? If you need a 6-pack in a month, that's not gonna work... nothing will. But if you need to shave off some fat from around your waist, do some serious running.
