There was one when I went to college but I can't remember the name. It made it's own .exe file that could run on the target machine without having to write code or depend upon having the program installed to play a game.
I would hope that there is one that does Windows, OS X, and Linux. One that did all this + IOS and droid would be great.
Google keeps turning up the same thing.
It doesn't have to be free if it is good quality.
